1. You will receive a call from our delivery company to schedule your in-home delivery appointment.
2. You will receive a call the day before the scheduled delivery date to provide you with a 4-hour delivery window.
3. Your driver will call you 30 minutes to 1 hour before arrival.
4. You will receive a customer satisfaction follow up call after the delivery. We encourage all feedback.

Lead times can vary by location. Your delivery date will depend on the Delivery Agent's availability, and they will call you after they receive the cabinet order to schedule your appointment. The delivery agent will try to accommodate as best they can to schedule a convenient delivery date.

What is the transit time from when my order is shipped to the Delivery Agent's facility?

We usually say to allow for one to two weeks for transit and delivery.

How much time do I have to accept my order once it arrives at the Delivery Agent?

All orders should be accepted as soon as possible, and our team of delivery professionals will contact you to schedule the earliest available dates.

How quickly can the Delivery Agent deliver my order?

Generally, the agent can deliver within a week of receiving the order.
