All qualifying orders are eligible for final mile delivery at no extra charge, although some restrictions may apply in select areas. Orders over $3,000 qualify for free shipping cabinets.*

Cabinetry Pros Direct holds the right to evaluate kitchen cabinet shipping feasibility on a case-by-case basis and will inform customers of any surcharges before processing their orders.

You will receive a call from our cabinet delivery service to schedule your in-home delivery appointment. The day before your kitchen cabinet shipping is set, you will get a call providing you with a 4-hour delivery window. Your driver will contact you 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to arrival. After the delivery, you will also receive a customer satisfaction follow-up call, and we encourage all feedback regarding our free shipping cabinets.

When will my cabinets from our cabinet delivery service be delivered? 

Lead times can vary by location. Your delivery date will depend on the Delivery Agent's availability, and they will call you after receiving the cabinet order to schedule your appointment. The delivery agent will do their best to accommodate a convenient delivery date for you. 

What is the transit time for kitchen cabinet shipping from when my order is shipped to the Delivery Agent's facility? 

We usually suggest allowing one to two weeks for transit and delivery. 

How much time do I have to accept my order once it arrives at the Delivery Agent? 

All orders, including those eligible for free shipping cabinets, should be accepted as soon as possible, and our team of delivery professionals will contact you to schedule the earliest available dates. 

How quickly can the Delivery Agent deliver my order? 

Generally, the agent can deliver within a week of receiving the order. 

Will I be notified when my order ships? 

Yes, we will send you an email with the arrival date to the Delivery Agent, along with more details regarding the delivery process once your order ships.
